FAMILY CENTRE MANAGER
ARKLOW FAMILY CENTRE

_The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service (DoCCFS) is a
research informed community and voluntary service and a registered
charity. Our work is trauma informed and we provide a range of
therapeutic supportive services to children and families, based in the
Leinster area in the counties of Wicklow, Meath and Dublin region. The
Service works in collaboration with TUSLA Child and Family Agency and
with the children and families it serves._

_Our Services include an Early Childhood Development Service (ECDS),
Therapeutic Family Centre Service, Dublin Safer Families Domestic
Violence Service and Child protection and Welfare Assessment
Services._

The successful candidate will have experience managing high quality
therapeutic support services to children and families in line with
evidence-based best practice. Experience leading a team of dedicated
professionals with a range of skills and implementing organisational
strategy will give a distinct advantage.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

* Have a relevant third level qualification (degree qualified)
_(Social Care, Social Work, Therapeutic qualification)_
* 3 years management experience in a similar position.
* Significant experience of managing, supervising and leading staff
including case management and conducting performance reviews and
training plans.
* Have a comprehensive understanding of Child Protection legislation
and procedures.
* Have a comprehensive understanding of evidence informed
therapeutic approaches in working with children and families.
* Experience of working collaboratively with statutory and
non-statutory agencies to meet the needs of service users.
* Experience utilising data and outcome measures to inform service
delivery and plan for future need.
